My name is Nina Mash.  I live in the UK and am originally from Namibia.  I have worked and studied in the beautiful Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Cape Town area in South Africa. Afterwards I worked in Florida, America, and also in Belgium, Paris, Holland and the UK.   By doing this, I have experienced many different cultures and seen some crazy things!

I have been cooking for many years in restaurants, wine estates, hotels and other establishments.  I want to share my food ideas and knowledge and appreciate the importance in living in the great outdoors and life is meant to e fun!  😀

I love open fires, cooking on fires and basically, anything that involves food with fires!
